Give support enough context to act
A useful request does not need to be long. It needs the right details: which order, which product, what happened and what resolution you are asking for.
Order questions
Include the order number and the email used at checkout.
Damaged or wrong item
Attach clear photos of the item, packaging and shipping label where relevant.

Tell us what the carrier status says and whether the address needs to be checked.
