Where to find it
Use the details from your confirmation email
The order number and checkout email are used to make sure the tracking request opens the correct purchase. If you used an account, you can also check from Orders after signing in.
If tracking looks wrong
Give the carrier status a little context
Carrier updates are not always instant. If the parcel is stuck, marked delivered incorrectly or visibly damaged, open an order issue and include the tracking status you see.
