Shipping & Returns
Shipping destinations, delivery estimates, tracking, failed delivery, returns, EU withdrawal rights, refund timing and damaged item support.
1. Destinations and Availability
Available shipping countries, carriers, methods, and costs are shown during checkout. Homineed may limit shipping by market, product type, stock status, compliance status, carrier coverage, or sanctions restrictions.
Some products may not be available for every destination because of product-safety, customs, battery, material, size, carrier, or other product-specific restrictions.
2. Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and in order communications where available. Estimates may change because of address validation, payment review, stock status, carrier capacity, customs, holidays, weather, or events outside Homineed control.
If no specific delivery date is promised for a US order, Homineed should have a reasonable basis to expect shipment within the legally required timing. If a material delay occurs, we may provide updated timing, cancellation, or refund options where required.
3. US Shipping Delays and Refunds
For US internet orders, Homineed should have a reasonable basis for any stated shipping time. If no shipping time is stated, Homineed should be prepared to ship within 30 days after receiving a properly completed order.
If Homineed cannot ship within the promised time, it should notify the customer, provide a revised shipping date where possible, and give the customer a clear choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.
If an order cannot be shipped, Homineed should refund the amount required by law to the original payment method or another lawful refund method, rather than substituting store credit where a cash refund is required.
4. Tracking and Failed Delivery
Tracking details are provided when available from the carrier or shipping service. You are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable address and being available to receive the parcel where signature or handoff is required.
If delivery fails because the address is incomplete, refused, inaccessible, unpaid customs charges are due, or the parcel is not collected, additional shipping fees or return handling may apply where allowed by law.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Rules
For cross-border orders, customs, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and local import requirements may apply unless checkout states they are included.
You are responsible for complying with local import restrictions for products delivered to your country. If a product cannot be imported, contact support as soon as possible.
6. Delivery Support
For missing, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered parcels, contact support with your order number, tracking number, delivery address, carrier updates, photos where relevant, and any delivery notice.
Carrier investigations, replacement decisions, refunds, and rewards reversals depend on the order state, evidence, product type, carrier result, and applicable law.
Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Return Window
Unless a longer product-specific policy is shown, return requests should be opened within 14 days of delivery. EU consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for distance purchases unless an exception applies.
To start a return, use the account return route or contact support@homineed.com with your order number, product, reason, photos where relevant, and preferred resolution.
2. EU Withdrawal Rights
EU consumers generally have 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from a distance purchase by sending a clear statement to Homineed, unless a legal exception applies.
After withdrawal, goods should normally be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice. Homineed will refund amounts required by law, including standard outbound delivery where applicable, and may wait until goods are received back or evidence of return shipment is provided where legally allowed.
3. Return Condition
Products should be returned unused, complete, clean, undamaged, and safely packed with accessories, manuals, tags, and original packaging where reasonably possible.
You may be responsible for diminished value where goods are handled beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning, to the extent allowed by applicable law.
4. Exceptions
Return or withdrawal exceptions may apply to customized goods, sealed hygiene or health-related goods once unsealed, perishable goods, digital content or services after legally required consent, final-sale items where lawful, or items damaged after delivery by misuse.
Product pages may include product-specific return notes. Mandatory consumer rights still apply where they cannot be waived.
5. Refund Timing and Method
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Payment provider and bank timing can vary.
For EU withdrawal returns, Homineed will refund amounts required by law, including standard outbound delivery where applicable, and may wait until goods are received back or evidence of return shipment is provided where legally allowed.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items
If an item arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, unsafe, or materially different from the product page, contact support promptly with photos, packaging details, and order information.
Depending on the issue and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, refund, price reduction, return label, recall handling, or manufacturer warranty support.
7. EU Legal Guarantee
EU consumers have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty, not as described, or do not work as advertised. National laws may provide longer or additional protection.
Where the legal guarantee applies, remedies may include free repair or replacement, and if that is impossible, disproportionate, late, or causes significant inconvenience, a price reduction or refund where required by law.
Commercial warranties, manufacturer warranties, or product guarantees do not replace mandatory EU legal guarantee rights.
8. Rewards and Vouchers
Refunds, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, fraud findings, failed payments, or order corrections may reverse, reduce, cancel, or suspend WDRIM Rewards, vouchers, coupons, referrals, or benefits linked to the order.
Rewards may remain pending until return windows, refund windows, chargeback risk, fraud checks, order confirmations, and maturity periods close.
