The combined Homineed terms for site use, account features, checkout, payments, promotions, rewards, reviews, refunds and disputes.
1. Scope
These Terms govern access to and use of Homineed, including the website, catalog, cart, checkout surfaces, account area, support routes, order history, rewards notices, product pages, and related commerce services.
Homineed-specific checkout and sale rules are described in the Terms of Sale. Witdrim Account, Witdrim Auth, central identity, and WDRIM Rewards may also be governed by the relevant Witdrim legal terms.
2. Operator and Merchant
Homineed operator and merchant details are part of the pre-launch setup. Current operating reference: Homineed operating company to be confirmed before public checkout opens. Final registry code, VAT number, registered office, and merchant-of-record details will be completed before public checkout opens.
If a product, region, or order flow identifies a different seller, merchant of record, or marketplace partner, the checkout or product page will identify that role where required by law.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to make purchases through Homineed. Homineed is not directed to children under 13 and should not be used by minors without any consent required by local law.
You may not use Homineed if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, organized under the laws of, or acting for a person or entity in a sanctioned or embargoed jurisdiction, or where use would violate applicable law.
4. Witdrim Account Integration
Account login, identity continuity, rewards history, and some support or order features may rely on Witdrim Auth and the central Witdrim account layer.
When you use Homineed with a Witdrim Account, you agree that eligible Homineed activity may be connected to your Witdrim identity, current and future Witdrim ecosystem services, and WDRIM Rewards according to the applicable Witdrim legal terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not misuse Homineed, interfere with checkout, abuse promotions or rewards, scrape the catalog at harmful scale, attempt unauthorized access, submit false order data, manipulate reviews, or use Homineed for unlawful activity.
We may suspend or limit access, cancel orders, reverse rewards, reject promotions, or contact payment providers or authorities where needed to prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, chargeback manipulation, or illegal activity.
6. Product Information
Product pages are intended to describe materials, dimensions, use cases, care instructions, availability, price, shipping notes, return notes, and safety information as accurately as practical.
Images, colors, sizes, stock, delivery estimates, and packaging details may vary by device, production batch, market, or carrier. We will correct material errors when discovered and may cancel or adjust affected orders where legally allowed.
7. Orders and Checkout
Orders are governed by the Terms of Sale shown through the checkout and legal pages. The checkout should show the product, price, taxes, shipping, delivery information, payment method, and any legally required terms before purchase.
We may reject or cancel an order if payment is not authorized, the product is unavailable, fraud or abuse is suspected, shipping is not available to the destination, or the order contains a clear pricing, stock, tax, or catalog error.
8. Rewards and Vouchers
Eligible Homineed activity may create WDRIM Rewards, vouchers, coupons, or benefit artifacts according to the Homineed Rewards and Vouchers Policy and the Witdrim WDRIM Rewards Terms.
Rewards are internal loyalty rewards. They are not money, crypto-assets, securities, e-money, deposits, stored value, legal tender, investment products, or a promise of financial return.
9. Content, Reviews, and Intellectual Property
Homineed content, branding, product presentation, copy, design, software, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law or written permission.
If you submit reviews, photos, support content, product feedback, or other user content, you must have the rights to submit it and it must be accurate, lawful, respectful, and not misleading.
10. Disclaimers and Liability
Homineed is provided with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free listings, continuous availability, or that every product will be available in every market.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights, product liability, fraud, intentional misconduct, or rights related to defective goods.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country, state, or place of residence.
Business users agree to the competent courts of Estonia unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Consumer users may have additional rights to bring claims in their local courts under mandatory law. US arbitration or class-action wording should be added only after counsel review.
12. Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as Homineed changes, as laws change, or as new services, markets, payment methods, rewards features, or seller models are introduced.

Terms of Sale
Commercial terms for Homineed orders, checkout, payments, taxes, shipping, returns, refunds, and consumer rights.
1. Merchant and Order Contract
Unless checkout says otherwise, your order is placed with Homineed operated by Homineed operating company to be confirmed before public checkout opens. The order contract is formed only when we accept the order, receive payment authorization, and send confirmation or otherwise begin order processing.
An automatic order acknowledgement means we received your order request; it does not guarantee acceptance if fraud checks, stock checks, address validation, tax checks, or payment authorization fail.
2. Products, Availability, and Errors
Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, remove products, correct catalog information, reject orders, or cancel orders where there is a material error in price, description, availability, shipping, tax, or product eligibility.
If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we may offer a replacement, wait for restock, cancel the affected item, or refund the amount paid for that item where required.
3. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Prices, currency, taxes, duties, fees, and shipping charges are shown during checkout where applicable. Tax and duty treatment may differ by delivery destination and customer status.
For EU consumers, prices should be displayed in a way that includes legally required VAT information. For US customers, sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required by applicable state or local rules.
4. Payment
Homineed may use WooCommerce, Stripe, PayPal, card networks, wallet providers, fraud tools, and other payment service providers. Available payment methods may vary by country, device, currency, order value, and risk checks.
Homineed does not need to store full card numbers when payments are processed by payment providers. Payment providers may process payment data under their own terms and privacy notices.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, costs, delivery estimates, and destinations are shown during checkout when available. Delivery estimates are estimates unless checkout expressly states a guaranteed delivery date.
For US orders, if no specific shipment timing is promised, orders should be shipped within a reasonable time and no later than the period required by applicable law. If material delay occurs, we may contact you with options where required.
6. EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase, starting from the day you or a person you designate receives the goods, unless an exception applies.
You may exercise withdrawal by sending a clear statement through support@homineed.com, your account support route, or any withdrawal form provided by Homineed. Goods must normally be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you communicate withdrawal.
Exceptions may apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, customized goods, perishable goods, digital content, services already fully performed with required consent, or other categories allowed by law.
7. Returns and Refunds
Return requests should be opened within the period shown in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Returned goods should be unused, complete, clean, safely packed, and include accessories, manuals, and original packaging where reasonably possible.
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on inspection, payment provider processing, bank processing, and applicable law.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Non-Conforming Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, recalled, unsafe, or not as described, contact support promptly with the order number, photos, packaging details, and a description of the issue.
EU consumers keep mandatory legal guarantee rights for non-conforming goods. US customers may have rights under applicable state laws, manufacturer warranties, or product-specific warranty terms.
9. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
We may cancel orders, refuse service, reverse rewards, reject promotions, delay order processing, or request verification where we detect suspected fraud, stolen payment methods, identity abuse, suspicious returns, chargeback abuse, or sanctions risk.
A refund, return, cancellation, chargeback, payment failure, or fraud finding may reverse WDRIM Rewards, vouchers, coupons, referrals, or benefits linked to the order.
10. Promotions, Coupons, and Vouchers
Promotions, coupons, vouchers, and benefit artifacts may have eligibility rules, expiry dates, minimum order values, market restrictions, product exclusions, and abuse-prevention rules.
Unless required by law or expressly stated, coupons and vouchers are not redeemable for cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with all promotions.
Payments and Promotions Policy
Payment providers, currency, taxes, coupons, vouchers, fraud checks, chargebacks, and promotions.
1. Payment Providers
Homineed may support payment through WooCommerce-connected providers such as Stripe, PayPal, card networks, wallet providers, local payment methods, fraud tools, and tax or invoicing services.
Available payment methods may vary by market, currency, order value, risk checks, device, and provider availability. Payment providers may apply their own terms and privacy notices.
2. Currency, Tax, and Invoices
Currency, prices, taxes, duties, shipping costs, and discounts are displayed during checkout where applicable. Currency conversion, rounding, and local tax treatment may vary by country.
Invoice or receipt records may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud, and legal purposes even if an account is closed or a privacy deletion request is made.
3. Coupons, Vouchers, and Promotions
Promotions may have eligibility criteria, product exclusions, country restrictions, minimum order values, one-use limits, expiry dates, and anti-abuse rules.
Homineed vouchers and WDRIM-linked benefit artifacts are not cash, are not stored value unless expressly required by law, and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged outside allowed service flows.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Failure
If payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is charged back, Homineed may pause order processing, cancel the order, recover goods, restrict account features, reverse rewards, or provide evidence to the payment provider.
Contact support before filing a chargeback when possible so the order issue can be investigated and resolved through the correct support flow.
Homineed Rewards and Vouchers Policy
How Homineed order activity interacts with WDRIM Rewards, vouchers, coupons, pending periods, and reversals.
1. Nature of Rewards
Eligible Homineed activity may generate WDRIM Rewards inside the Witdrim ecosystem. WDRIM Rewards are internal loyalty rewards and participation records, not money, crypto-assets, securities, e-money, stored value, deposits, legal tender, or investment products.
Homineed Rewards, vouchers, coupons, and benefit artifacts have no cash value unless a specific legally required statement says otherwise. They cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, claimed on-chain, or exchanged outside approved Homineed or Witdrim flows.
2. Earning and Maturation
Rewards may be earned through eligible paid orders, approved campaigns, referrals, product activity, or other actions described in the product interface.
Rewards may remain pending until payment is settled, return and refund windows close, chargeback risk decreases, fraud checks pass, order and delivery checks are complete, and any maturity period has ended.
3. Vouchers and Coupons
Matured rewards may be redeemable into Homineed vouchers, coupons, discounts, benefits, or other artifacts if enabled. Each artifact may have a value, expiry date, order minimum, product exclusion, market restriction, and one-use rule.
Rewards do not spend directly at checkout unless Homineed expressly launches that functionality under additional terms.
4. Reversals and Abuse
Refunds, returns, cancellations, chargebacks, failed payments, fraud, duplicate events, technical errors, or abuse may reverse, reduce, expire, suspend, or forfeit rewards and artifacts.
Homineed may refuse or reverse rewards for self-referrals, fake accounts, bot activity, review manipulation, payment abuse, return abuse, or any activity designed to exploit the program.
5. Future Crypto Features
Homineed and Witdrim may explore blockchain-based or crypto-asset features in the future. Any such feature would require separate terms, risk disclosures, eligibility rules, jurisdiction restrictions, compliance checks, and user acceptance before launch.
The current Homineed rewards and voucher program gives no right or guarantee to receive tokens, crypto-assets, exchange access, custody, staking, yield, liquidity, proceeds, or financial return.
Reviews, Content, and Community Policy
Rules for customer reviews, photos, product feedback, incentives, moderation, and fake-review prevention.
1. Authentic Reviews
Reviews, ratings, photos, and product feedback should reflect genuine experiences. You may not submit fake reviews, paid undisclosed reviews, competitor manipulation, review bombing, duplicate reviews, bot-generated content, or misleading claims.
If Homineed offers an incentive for a review, the incentive must be clearly disclosed and must not require a positive review.
2. Moderation
Homineed may reject, remove, label, or limit content that is unlawful, abusive, spam, misleading, irrelevant, unsafe, privacy-invasive, infringing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, threatening, or not based on a real product or service experience.
Moderation should not be used to suppress negative reviews solely because they are negative. Reviews may be organized, filtered, or displayed according to transparent relevance, recency, verification, helpfulness, or safety rules.
3. Rights You Grant
By submitting a review, photo, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant Homineed a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, and moderate it for store, product, support, trust, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable privacy law.
